Sal Esquivel is a product of Southern Oregon, shaped by our history, our pioneer
spirit and the values that reflect this place we call home. Through four
generations of Southern Oregonians, Sal developed a strong work ethic and great
sense of regional pride.
Sal was raised in Medford, graduating from Medford High School in 1966 before
joining the Navy and serving in Vietnam. Sal worked in the wood products
industry, attended Southern Oregon State College, and in 1982, created a
successful heavy equipment and parts business.
Since then he’s been involved in real estate, starting a successful local firm
with his wife Jan. From these business ventures, Sal has grown to understand and
appreciate what it takes to run a small business.
